The Backstairs is a beautiful and open event space located above Mount Tabor Brewing Company (take the backstairs behind the brewery). This space was created with local, rustic, reclaimed barn wood and upcycled furnishings. The space is ideal for your next event or meeting. The outdoor patio is heated and covered so your guests will enjoy all of the wonderful Pacific Northwest ambiance. The venue can accommodate up to 65 people. The space is available to be rented for just a few hours or the entire day.  You must include any set-up and clean-up time into your rental request to ensure proper availability of the space.

Catering: 

Catering is available from Mt Tabor Brewing, who is conveniently located directly below The Backstairs, or from another caterer of your choosing. Alcohol is permitted in the event space and can be supplied through your caterer or brought in as the host.

Hours: 

The event space is available from 5:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. daily. Please note Felida Village has quiet hours from 10:00 p.m.– 7:00 a.m. daily.

Audiovisual: 

The room has a TV/Monitor, sound system, blue-tooth, and Wi-Fi. Guests are permitted to bring in their own equipment.  

Décor and Signs: 

You are permitted to bring in your own décor and signs.  However, you are not able to staple or nail any décor or signs into the walls.  All décor and signs must be removed or you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Rates:
  • $200/2 hours
  • $300/4 hours
  • $500/full day
Cleaning Fee: 
  • $150 (the fee is waived if you clean up after use)

This space is available for non-profits to use free for meetings of charge.  All groups are required to clean the space after use.
